 PHX Full Auto Experience — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the website, reservations, and services offered by PHX Full Auto Experience. By using this website, submitting a booking request, making a reservation, or participating in an experience, you agree to these terms.

1. Experiences and Availability

PHX Full Auto Experience provides instructor-led firearms training and recreational marksmanship experiences. All experiences are subject to range availability, weather, equipment availability, safety considerations, and other operational requirements.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a date does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after PHX Full Auto has confirmed availability and any required payment or deposit has been received.

2. Participant Requirements

Participants must comply with all applicable laws, range rules, and instructions provided by PHX Full Auto instructors and range personnel.

Participants under 18 may participate only when permitted by PHX Full Auto and the applicable range and with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

PHX Full Auto reserves the right to establish additional age, eligibility, or participation requirements for particular experiences.

3. Safety

Firearms activities involve inherent risks. All participants must complete required safety briefings, follow instructor commands, and comply with applicable range rules.

PHX Full Auto may refuse or immediately terminate participation when an instructor reasonably determines that a participant's behavior, physical condition, impairment, or failure to follow instructions presents a safety concern.

4. Alcohol and Drugs

Participants may not participate while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance or medication that impairs their ability to safely handle firearms or follow instructions.

PHX Full Auto may refuse participation when impairment is suspected.

5. Waiver and Release

Participation may require execution of a separate acknowledgment of risk, waiver, and release of liability before the experience begins.

These Terms of Service do not replace any participant waiver or range-specific documentation required for participation.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing may vary based on package selection, number of participants, ammunition, requested firearms, custom configurations, and other factors.

Any applicable deposit, balance, or payment requirements will be communicated before the reservation is confirmed.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Reservations are subject to the PHX Full Auto Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website. That policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

8. Range and Equipment Availability

Specific firearms, equipment, ranges, and shooting locations are subject to availability. PHX Full Auto may substitute equipment, modify an experience, reschedule, or cancel an activity when reasonably necessary because of safety, mechanical, weather, range, legal, or operational circumstances.

9. Website Information

PHX Full Auto attempts to keep website descriptions, pricing, photographs, and other information accurate. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

PHX Full Auto names, logos, photographs, graphics, website content, and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these terms or PHX Full Auto services shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
