# PHX Full Auto Experience — Cancellation & Refund Policy

**Effective Date: August 24, 2026**

PHX Full Auto Experience provides scheduled, instructor-led experiences that require advance coordination of range access, instructors, equipment, and ammunition. The following policy applies to reservations unless different terms are provided in writing for a particular private or group event.

## Reservations and Deposits

A requested date or time is not guaranteed until PHX Full Auto confirms the reservation.

Certain experiences, private events, and group bookings may require a deposit to secure the reservation. Any required deposit and remaining balance will be communicated before booking confirmation.

## Customer Cancellations

For cancellations made **more than 72 hours before the scheduled experience**, amounts paid may be applied toward rescheduling or refunded, less any disclosed non-refundable costs specifically incurred for the booking.

For cancellations made **within 72 hours of the scheduled experience**, deposits may be non-refundable because range time, equipment, instructors, and other resources have been reserved for the customer.

PHX Full Auto will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when sufficient notice is provided.

## Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows

Same-day cancellations and failure to appear for a confirmed reservation may result in forfeiture of the deposit or other amounts designated as non-refundable at the time of booking.

## Late Arrivals

Customers should arrive at the time specified in their booking confirmation. Late arrival may reduce available experience time when range scheduling does not permit an extension.

Significant lateness may require rescheduling and may be treated as a late cancellation.

## Weather, Range Closures and Operational Cancellations

Outdoor shooting activities may be affected by weather, range conditions, closures, equipment issues, safety considerations, or circumstances outside PHX Full Auto's reasonable control.

When PHX Full Auto must cancel or materially alter an experience for these reasons, customers will generally be offered the opportunity to reschedule.

If PHX Full Auto cannot reasonably provide or reschedule the purchased experience, the company will work with the customer regarding an appropriate refund or credit for the affected portion of the booking.

## Safety-Related Termination

PHX Full Auto may refuse or terminate participation when a participant:

* Appears impaired by alcohol or drugs;

* Engages in unsafe behavior;

* Fails to follow instructor or range commands;

* Violates applicable laws or range rules; or

* Otherwise creates an unreasonable safety risk.

Refunds are not guaranteed when participation is denied or terminated because of the participant's conduct or failure to comply with safety requirements.

## Custom and Group Bookings

Large groups, bachelor parties, private events, specialty experiences, and other custom reservations may have booking-specific deposit and cancellation terms.

Any booking-specific terms provided and accepted before payment will control if they differ from this general policy.

## Questions or Rescheduling Requests

Please contact PHX Full Auto as soon as possible if your plans change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes when range and instructor availability permit.
